Coming Spring 2027:
Executive Leadership Institute: ACEC Illinois Executive Leadership Institute was created for the development of business management. This program is made for professionals with more than 15 years in the industry with substantial experience in the engineering field.
EDUCATION
The Executive Leadership Institute includes four sessions with an optional fifth session in our Nation’s Capital, Washington D.C. We have added on the option to continue your training through attending the ACEC Annual Convention & Legislative Summit where you will attend two days of educational sessions, round tables, networking and visiting Capitol Hill with your ACEC Illinois members.
The four sessions are divided up over several months and the program is set up to be meet in person throughout the state of Illinois. Educational session topics include Principal Leadership, Empowerment Leadership, Employee Retention, Conflict Resolution, Top Level Financial Management, Legislative Advocacy and more.
BE CHALLENGED
This course allows you to interact with your peers with a goal of overcoming management challenges and creating sustainable solutions. This program allows you to gain the practical skills and knowledge to be successful through practicing techniques, listening to lectures, group discussions, case studies and self-evaluations.
EDUCATIONAL GAINS
PDH Certificates will be awarded for every session. Your professional development is geared to create a sustainable positive business culture. You will also earn a completion certificate for your advanced accomplishments.
BE PREPARED
ACEC Illinois will equip you with all needed materials. Printed material and binders, registration includes meals, beverages, and snacks to be equipped for learning!
